Hotel on the arena campus
Coventry Building Society Arena operates a DoubleTree by Hilton hotel on site. Arena reporting in early 2026 described 121 bedrooms, with a multi-phase refurbishment that completed bedroom works in 2025 and continued into public areas. The hotel is useful when attending arena sport, concerts or casino events without leaving the campus.
Hotel and casino brands are separate. Guests book rooms through Hilton / arena channels and use Grosvenor for gaming.
Grosvenor Casino Coventry
Grosvenor Casino Coventry is operated by Grosvenor Casinos Limited (Gambling Commission account 614). Premises appear on the Commission register at Ricoh Arena, Phoenix Way, Coventry CV6 6GE. Arena pages state the casino is open 24 hours a day except Christmas Day.
The venue is widely associated with Goliath, described by the arena as the UK’s largest live poker tournament. Exact festival dates and structures change annually — confirm on Grosvenor and arena channels. Casino entry is 18+ only.
Getting there from Cheshire
The arena sits off the A444 with Coventry Arena rail station nearby. From Cheshire and the Wirral the usual approach is the M6. Arena materials note casino staff can validate parking tickets for free parking — confirm the current arrangement on arrival or via the arena site.
